with a clear explanation (e.g. a letter sent by post or by fax) about your decision to cancel this contract. To meet the cancelation deadline, it is adequate if you send your message about exercising your cancelation right before the expiration of the cancelation period.
Consequences of cancelation
If you revoke this agreement, we will immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day when you informed us of your revocation of this contract reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will there be fees charged for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You must return or submit the goods to us immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day when we were informed about your decision to cancel this contract. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for paying for any diminished value of the goods, resulting from any handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the goods.
